Hi! I’m Sarah, and yoga is my full time lifestyle. But what does that mean? To me, living a yogic lifestyle means showing up authentically. I’m messy, loud, I make mistakes, and I definitely don’t fit into all of the things some people think you have to be to be “spiritual”. So what does my yoga life style look like? It looks like showing up. Every single time I step onto the mat I feel like a little kid again, exploring, falling, laughing. And for just a few moments or hours, I am just me. No expectations, no limits, no doubt, just like a toddler fearlessly running through an open field, I feel freedom, confidence, and trust in my self and my body.
